Your role and responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting experience, strategy, and execution for early professional hiring. You will serve as the main point of contact for both early professional candidates and hiring managers, guiding them through the full recruiting lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with various universities, hiring managers, and early professional candidates to understand business unit needs and identify top talent.

• Sourcing and Selection: Utilize innovative approaches to attraction, sourcing, and selection, including social recruiting, to evaluate and identify top candidates.

• Recruiting Lifecycle Management: Guide candidates and hiring managers through the full recruiting lifecycle, from initial contact to offer and close.

• Internship Program Development: Evaluate and improve internship programs to ensure alignment with business unit needs and provide a valuable experience for early professionals.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to End-to-End Recruiting: Experience working with the full recruiting lifecycle, from attraction to closing, with a focus on early professional hiring.

• Sourcing Tactics: Exposure to various sourcing tactics, including social recruiting, to identify and evaluate top candidates.

• Relationship Management: Experience working with multiple stakeholders, such as hiring managers, universities, and early professional candidates, to build effective relationships.

• Internship Program Knowledge: Basic understanding of internship program development and evaluation to ensure alignment with business unit needs.

• Japanese language proficiency: Native Japanese speaker or JLPT N1 / N2 level, with the ability to communicate professionally with candidates, universities, and stakeholders.

• Fluent in English : reading, writing, and speaking

• Innovative and agile, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset when managing multiple requisitions and stakeholders concurrently.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Social Recruiting Tools: Exposure to utilizing social media platforms and tools to source and attract top early professional talent, enhancing the overall recruiting strategy.

• University Relations: Experience working with various universities, developing and maintaining relationships to understand business unit needs and identify top talent.

• Innovative Sourcing Tactics: Exposure to creative approaches to sourcing, including leveraging technology and data-driven insights to identify and evaluate top candidates.
