The Role
This role combines technical leadership with strong hands-on engineering across both cloud and DevOps domains.
The ideal candidate can design large-scale, secure cloud solutions and implement them end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead cloud and DevOps technical strategy within the team
• Design and implement cloud architectures (primarily AWS)
• Build and maintain infrastructure using Terraform
• Deploy, operate, and scale EKS and cloud-native services
• Create and manage CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
• Implement and maintain GitOps workflows using ArgoCD
• Collaborate with development teams to enable cloud-first patterns
• Ensure best practices for security, observability, automation, and reliability
• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across teams

Who You Are
Required Experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Cloud, DevOps, or technical leadership roles
• Strong background as a Cloud and DevOps Engineer
• Deep expertise with AWS (networking, IAM, VPC, security, scaling, cost optimization)
• Production experience with Kubernetes / EKS
• Strong proficiency in Terraform (modules, standards, IaC best practices)
• Proven experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI)
• Practical GitOps experience using ArgoCD
• Solid scripting abilities (Python / Bash)
• Experience with cloud-native monitoring, logging, and observability tools
