The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Analista de Servicio al Cliente in Peru, Prince Edward Island
Como Analista de Servicio al Cliente, este rol es responsable de gestionar el ciclo completo de pedidos del cliente para asegurar el cumplimiento de las fechas comprometidas y mejorar continuamente los niveles de servicio. La posición actúa como el principal punto de contacto con clientes y distribuidores, coordinando internamente con las áreas de ventas, logística, abastecimiento y crédito para resolver incidencias y atender las necesidades del cliente. El rol apoya las prácticas de S&OP Clase A proporcionando visibilidad sobre ventas, pedidos abiertos, backorders y demanda, facilitando la toma de decisiones oportunas y bien informadas.

Asegura la satisfacción del cliente y la confiabilidad del servicio mediante la gestión del ciclo de pedidos, la resolución de problemas y una comunicación oportuna y efectiva.
Fortalece la alineación entre áreas al conectar equipos comerciales, logísticos, de abastecimiento y crédito para cumplir los compromisos con el cliente y las expectativas de la demanda.
Apoya el desempeño del negocio al habilitar decisiones basadas en datos a través de la visibilidad de pedidos, el seguimiento de KPIs y la participación activa en los procesos de S&OP.
Qué harás
Guiar los requerimientos del cliente a través de las áreas internas de la compañía (BX, Order, P&Q), asegurando una correcta alineación y ejecución.
Garantizar la ejecución del ciclo completo de pedidos, desde la recepción hasta la entrega.
Reportar mensualmente el estado de ventas y órdenes de crédito, asegurando visibilidad y seguimiento oportuno.
Participar activamente en el ciclo de S&OP, apoyando el proceso colaborativo entre las áreas involucradas.
Qué buscamos
Bachiller en Comercio Internacional, Administración, Ingeniería o carreras afines.
Experiencia de 2 años o más en un entorno de negocio, con preferencia por ambientes de manufactura o empresas orientadas a producto.
Experiencia previa en roles relacionados con servicio al cliente y gestión de pedidos.
