Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse/Customer Service Clerk to join their team. As a Warehouse/Customer Service Clerk, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations, supporting the flow of shipments and ensuring smooth communication with drivers and trucking companies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.
Job Title: Warehouse/Customer Service Clerk
Location: Peru, IN
Pay Range:$14-$16 Depending on Experience.
Shift:M-F 7am-330pm
What's the Job?
Handling paperwork from drivers bringing in or taking loads
Communicating with trucking companies and drivers via calls
Labeling shipments accurately and efficiently
Verifying the accuracy of load information
Supporting warehouse operations with administrative tasks
What's Needed?
Some experience in warehouse or customer service roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency with paperwork and data entry
