Forklift Operator
Job Description
We’re looking for a skilled Forklift Operator to join a high-performing warehouse team. In this role, you’ll primarily operate a forklift—spending 95% of your day on the truck —to receive products, move raw materials, and prepare outgoing shipments. This position is ideal for someone with a strong work ethic who takes pride in doing the job right every time.
Responsibilities
Operate a sit-down counterbalance forklift to move stock and stage shipments.
Handle large and uniquely sized products, including loads over 2,500 lbs .
Work collaboratively and professionally with team members, contributing to a dependable and respectful work environment .
Load, organize, and store materials with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
Essential Skills
1+ year of experience on reach or counterbalance forklifts.
Demonstrated reliability , strong attendance, and consistent work habits.
Ability to work safely and effectively within a team.
Experience lifting and transporting heavy or oversized loads.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Recent forklift experience required; in-house certification provided .
A positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a hard-working, cooperative team culture .
Strong sense of responsibility and pride in maintaining safety and organization.
