Based in Perth the Underground Mining Mechanical Engineer will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of mining projects, leading FEL 1, 2, and 3 (Concept, Prefeasibility, and Feasibility) phases through a structured and dynamic management process. From contextualising the project to setup, execution, evaluation, and close-out, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative, sustainable solutions that make a real impact.

You bring to the role:
You hold a degree in Mining or Mechanical Engineering and bring 3–5 years of proven leadership experience in multi-disciplinary project environments, with a strong foundation in underground mining. Your advanced safety awareness and ability to lead cross-functional teams set you apart, while your commercial acumen and business development skills enable you to identify opportunities and deliver value. You have hands-on experience across engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces, and you thrive in complex project settings. With exceptional communication skills and a client-focused mindset, you build trust and foster collaboration, ensuring successful outcomes for both the business and our clients.
