The Role

We’re looking for a Hotel Services Team Member with a passion for guest experience, primarily based in Front Office, with the flexibility to support Food & Beverage when needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality — whether you’re starting out or already experienced — who enjoys variety, cross-training, and building strong Front Office expertise while gaining exposure across multiple departments.

You’ll be the face of the hotel, creating great first impressions, handling guest interactions with confidence, and supporting seamless day-to-day operations across reception and occasionally Julio’s restaurant.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver warm, genuine welcomes and efficient check-in/check-out experiences

  • Manage guest accounts, reservations, and payments with accuracy

  • Be a trusted point of contact for guest enquiries, requests, and problem resolution

  • Promote IHG One Rewards and personalise the guest experience

  • Support smooth hotel operations by working closely with all departments

  • Assist in Food & Beverage during peak periods and on occasion rostered to work in F&B (restaurant service, bar, room service, and events)

  • Maintain high presentation standards across front office and guest-facing areas

  • Share local knowledge and recommendations to enhance each guest’s stay

What we’re looking for

  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences

  • Previous experience in Front Office, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)

  • Hospitality or Hotel Management studies highly regarded

  • Strong communication skills and a confident, friendly approach

  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

  • A team-first mindset with flexibility to support across departments

  • Tech-savvy with experience in PMS (Opera preferred) or POS systems

  • Current RSA (WA) required

  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends, public holidays, and occasional overnight shifts

  • Full working rights in Australia
