About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for hospitals, healthcare administrators, and internal stakeholders. This role goes beyond answering calls—it’s about investigation, collaboration, and driving process improvements that enhance patient care.
This is not a typical call‑centre role. While customer service experience is valuable, this position involves:
Managing complex transactions
Investigating issues to find root causes
Working closely with sales, logistics, and hospitals to resolve multi‑step cases
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as a key liaison between hospitals, internal sales reps, marketing, and other stakeholders
Managing inquiries and resolving issues with professionalism and care
Investigating complex cases and identifying opportunities for process improvement
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance within internal systems
Collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Balancing independent decision-making with teamwork in a fast-paced environment
