Laborers, Landscape. Fairway Landscape, LLC. 618 Broad Street. Perryville, MD Has four (4) *Temporary/Fulltime /Seasonal* **jobs. 4/01/26 thru 12/01/26. Entry level - No experience required. The job requires the applicant to be qualified, ready, willing, able, and available to perform during the entire employment at all the designated worksites; and to follow workplace rules. Various job sites in Cecil, Harford and Baltimore Counties in Maryland. Workers will meet each day at 618 Broad Street, Perryville, MD. Round trip transportation will be provided to and from this address to the jobs each day. Under close supervision. On-the-job training provided. Workers will mow, trim, edge, blow (sweep) turfgrass lawns and perform cleanup by blowing, raking or sweeping grass clippings and leaves from turfgrass and paved areas. Pick up sticks and debris in lawns, landscaped and paved areas around properties. Water, prune, trim and shear all types of plants, including but not limited to shrubs, small trees (from ground level only), flowers. Dig up turfgrass to transplant or to make landscape beds. Pull weeds from landscaped beds and out of crevices on paved areas. haul, apply, stack mulch, soil, rocks, pebbles, compost, fertilizer and other horticultural products for use in, on, around turfgrass and landscaped areas or beds. Dig holes to plant or transplant flowers, or to remove shrubs, trees, and various other plants and weeds. May assist with cleaning, maintenance, maneuvering of tools, vehicles and equipment commonly used in lawn and landscaping work. $19.86 / hr ($29.79 OT). Overtime available and mandatory. A single workweek will used to compute wages due. Pay checks issued weekly. Pay raises are based on length of time on job, quantity and quality of work produced, dependability and adherence to procedures and policies. All deductions from pay, required by law will be made. Employer provides, at no charge, uniforms, tools, supplies, and equipment that is required for the job.Employer does not provide housing, however, at the workers request, we can assist workers in finding and setting up housing and utilities, where the workers' pay the landlord and/or utility companies directly.50 hrs per week. Monday -Fridays and rarely Saturdays and / or Sundays if weather gets us behind. 7:30a - 5:30p Normal Hours. Hours vary depending on workload. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer provides or pays worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. Amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at rate of $16.28/day during travel to a maximum of $68.00/day with receipts.
