Account Resolution RepresentativeStaffmark is seeking an Account Resolution Representative to join a stable, well-established organization in Perry, NY. This role is ideal for professionals with collections experience and strong communication skills who thrive in a structured, customer-focused environment and are ready to grow their career.Hours & PayPay Rate: $17.20 per hourScheduleTraining:Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-5:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PMPost-Training (Flexible Schedule):Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM-9:00 PMFriday: 8:00 AM-7:00 PMEmployees select an 8-hour shift within the available windows and must work one evening per week until 9:00 PM.What You'll DoContact account holders regarding delinquent balances and available repayment optionsHandle inbound and outbound calls related to account resolutionPerform skip tracing to obtain updated contact and employment informationNegotiate payments or payment arrangements and escalate complex cases as neededAccurately document all interactions while following approved scriptsVerify data for special situations such as disability, bankruptcy, or legal actionsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and internal policiesComplete additional duties based on business needsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of collections experienceStrong reading, typing, and verbal communication skillsProficiency with office procedures and computer systemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to follow procedures and work independentlyBenefitsThis position offers access to a competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career growth.
