Pepperell Town Hall DPW- Project Manager in Pepperell, Massachusetts
PROJECT MANAGER This is a new position within the Pepperell Department of Public Works. In this role the right candidate will help the Town improve and upgrade the DPW utility systems, as well as provide support to building facilities and managed land projects. This job provides an opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the municipal construction environment and how to leverage existing resources to make improvements on a budget. From tree plantings to multimillion-dollar water treatment facilities, your day will offer challenges and never be boring. Duties for this position include management on projects from inception, planning, funding, appropriation, design, bidding, construction, commissioning, all the way through operation and maintenance. Assistance with coordination of State and federal funding agencies and regulatory entities is a critical part of this role. This position is a minimum 40-hours a week position from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Salary range for this position is \$70,000 to \$85,000 based upon qualifications.
