Production Assembler
Compensation: $18/hr
Location: Pensacola, FL
Hours: 5am-3:30pm (working Mon - Thurs)
Job Description
Join a manufacturing team that plays a critical role in powering the future of clean, renewable energy. Our Pensacola facility produces essential components used in onshore wind turbine systems, and we are seeking motivated Assemblers to support our Hub Line operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Assemble and test electromechanical assemblies and sub‑assemblies for wind‑energy components.
Follow engineering drawings, work instructions, wiring diagrams, and production documentation.
Use calibrated tools, equipment, and machinery in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Perform hands‑on tasks such as drilling, tapping, adhesive bonding, and precision torquing.
Maintain accurate inspection and quality records.
Adhere to all EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) guidelines.
Support daily production activities and help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Qualifications:
Experience in heavy manufacturing or electromechanical assembly.
Familiarity with calibrated measurement tools (torque tools, gauges, micrometers, etc.).
Exposure to Lean manufacturing practices, including 5S.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
Ability to interact effectively with peers and supervisors
Ability to adhere to workplace rules
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and component identifications
Ability to form and bend wires to specifications
Ability to work with hand and power tools
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
HS Diploma or equivalent required
A minimum of 2 years of experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Climate Controlled
Fast‑paced, hands‑on production floor environment.
Requires standing, repetitive motion, and the use of PPE.
Collaborative and team‑oriented atmosphere focused on safety and quality.

This is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $21.00/hr.
