TEKsystems Loan Officer Assistant in Pensacola, Florida
TEKsystems is currently hiring Loan Officer Assistants to start with a Fortune 100 Financial Institution in Pensacola, FL!
Position: Loan Officer Assistant (LOA)
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Location: Pensacola, FL/ HYBRID with 4 days onsite per week
Job Description:
Assist Loan Officers in facilitating the completion of mortgage loan applications
Collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process
Serve as a point of contact for members, receiving and responding to member inquiries to help them collect required information and complete any necessary documentation
Screen and make calls and provide mortgage origination support as needed
Calculate income, analyze asset statement, and update loan operating systems
Qualifications:
Experience in working in a high volume, fast paced environment
Familiarity with Real Estate Lending systems, policies, procedures, practices and/or actions
Familiarity with mortgage loan origination and documentation requirements and regulations
Effective word processing and spreadsheet software skills
Exposure to financial transaction/processing related responsibilities
Exposure to working in member/customer service preferably in a call center/retail banking/financial institution
Familiarity with financial institution and lending practices, principles, and regulations
Effective skill maintaining accuracy with attention to detail and meeting deadlines

This is a Contract position based out of Pensacola, FL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
