THE POSITION

DESCRIPTION OF WORK

As a Human Services Analyst Supervisor, you will oversee a team responsible to the day-to-day monitoring of the Office of Long-Term Living’s (OLTL) Community HealthChoices - Managed Care Organization (CHC-MCO) agreements. You will provide technical assistance and direction to staff working to ensure that MCOs meet established department regulations, standards, and agreement requirements. You will develop short and long term work priorities, update operating policies and procedures, and s erve as the point person for the CHC-MCO monitoring team. This role requires the ability to develop and revise MCO contracts and apply sound judgement that ensures appropriate action is taken regarding problematic situations. In addition, you will attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders as well as monitor the performance of CHC-MCO provider networks.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week

  • Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.

  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework)part-time, up to three days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg, PA. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. Additional details may be provided during the interview.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • One year as a Human Services Analyst (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration) ; or

  • Two years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs; and a bachelor’s degree; or

  • An equivalent combination of experience and training that includes one year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
