Key responsibilities include serving as the primary contact to executive management for critical change initiatives and defining scope and business impact of programs while communicating, influencing, and negotiating vertically and horizontally. Line of Business Job Profile Summary:

The Program Management Executive will join the Business Management & Controls team in Global Technology and lead complex, multi-year technology programs within a highly regulated financial institution. This leader elevates Program Management as a strategic enterprise capability, drives transformational change at scale, and ensures delivery excellence across Global Technology.

Business Management & Controls team is responsible for regulatory and business controls, independent technical assessments, strategy, initiative planning, talent on demand, third party, quality assurance, portfolio governance and employee engagement for Global Technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the execution of defined project tasks through tracking of deliverables and their statuses, developing project plans, and measuring progress against ongoing key performance indicators

  • Manage interdependencies across infrastructure, data, engineering, cybersecurity, and business technology portfolios

  • Influences timelines, helps to prioritize work amongst team to meet deadlines, and uses business judgment to tailor approaches and drive optimal business outcomes while managing external and reputational risk

  • Orchestrates and drives the successful and timely completion ofmulti-year, multi-million-dollar globalprograms to achieve business goals, including the identification and resolution of risks and issues which impact program delivery

  • Engages and drives relationships with business partners through strategic leadership, execution of key priorities, thoughtful challenge, and insightful analysis

  • Reviews investment strategies, applies and deep understanding of business cases, and the proposed work to articulate outcomes and benefits of the investments

  • Facilitates, coordinates, and arbitrates cross-functional macro level topics with key stakeholders, including senior management

  • Leads the adoption and sustainment of change and program initiatives and assesses adoption risks

  • Represents the function in enterprise forums, steering committees, and leadership councils

  • Develops compelling narratives for senior leaders, executive committees, and boards

  • Contribute to long-term transformation strategies and roadmaps aligned with architecture, regulatory expectations, and customer outcomes

Required Qualifications:

  • 12+ years of program/portfolio leadership in highly regulated environments

  • 8+ years influencing senior level executives

  • Track record delivering $50M–$200M+ technology global programs across infrastructure, platforms, cybersecurity, and data/AI

  • Demonstrated success implementing Cloud, AI, and ServiceNow programs with measurable outcomes

  • Proven ability to develop and drive end-to-end change adoption strategies

  • Deep expertise in governance, risk and controls, regulatory expectations, and audit readiness

  • Financial stewardship including planning, forecasting, benefits realization, and vendor management

  • Exceptional executive presence and communication, including board-level narrative development

  • Must be able to translate complex technical topics into clear business insights and decision points

  • Advanced knowledge of Agile/PMI methodologies at global scale
