As a Bus Driver at Mozaic, you're not just transporting passengers-you're helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities connect to programs, opportunities, and their community. Bus Operator Duties:
Each day, you'll drive assigned routes with care, confidence, and professionalism, ensuring passengers arrive safely and on time. You'll conduct thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain reliable transportation, properly secure passengers using approved safety equipment and protocols, and build positive, respectful relationships with passengers, families, and staff. When mechanical or safety concerns arise, you'll act quickly to report them and protect everyone involved. Safety is always the priority-but your kindness, reliability, and compassion are what truly make the difference. Bus Operator Schedule & Pay:
Full-time and part-time positions available
Monday–Friday, morning and afternoon routes
Competitive pay: $20.00–$21.00 per hour
Bus Operator Requirements:
Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement (preferred, not required for all roles)
Ability to obtain 19A Certification
SCR clearance
