Job Summary
The Program Director oversees the design and delivery of impactful, high-quality programming that brings Girl Scout values to life through engaging activities and skill building experiences. This role is central to the camp’s success, overseeing a diverse range of programs—from arts and crafts to nature exploration, and all-camp activities. In collaboration with the Camp Director, the Program Director manages program scheduling, supervises program staff, and ensures each activity fosters a safe, inclusive, and adventurous environment for campers. Key responsibilities also include assisting in camp administration, staff training, staff and program evaluations, as well as making recommendations for future programming and staffing improvements.
Job Qualifications
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Successful experience in planning, coordinating, and implementing all aspects of outdoor living and activity experiences with camp programs. Also experience in administrative or supervisory capacity
