Your Journey

• Maintain active surveillance of all pool areas and respond immediately to emergency situations.

• Enforce pool rules and regulations in a courteous, calm and professional manner.

• Greet guests warmly and assist with questions about pool amenities and hotel offerings.

• Maintain all required lifeguard certifications per New Jersey and hotel standards.

• You are trustworthy and have integrity

  Must Haves

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

• Team oriented

• Basic communication skills

• H otel experience, a plus

  Physical Requirements

• Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over

• Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift

  The pay scale for the Lifeguard position ranges from $18.50 to $20.00. The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and may include other factors, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
