Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and possibly online chat to explain products, answer questions, and guide them to the correct clutch or flywheel for their vehicle.
  • Follow up on leads, including inbound inquiries and outbound calls or emails.
  • Create and maintain customer records, quotes, invoices, and order documentation.
  • Enter sales activity into a CRM system and maintain up to date customer interaction logs.
  • Process telephone orders and provide pricing, delivery estimates, and product availabilitycommon inside sales responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal communications and knowledge of Automotive parts.
  • Strong computer skills to keep records, create quotes, invoices and orders.
  • Technical understanding of automotive components: Will need to be able to make recommendations and must understand how drivetrain works.
  • Ability to multitask and manage many customer inquiries.
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Prior data entry experience
