Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and possibly online chat to explain products, answer questions, and guide them to the correct clutch or flywheel for their vehicle.
- Follow up on leads, including inbound inquiries and outbound calls or emails.
- Create and maintain customer records, quotes, invoices, and order documentation.
- Enter sales activity into a CRM system and maintain up to date customer interaction logs.
- Process telephone orders and provide pricing, delivery estimates, and product availabilitycommon inside sales responsibilities.

Requirements
- Strong verbal communications and knowledge of Automotive parts.
- Strong computer skills to keep records, create quotes, invoices and orders.
- Technical understanding of automotive components: Will need to be able to make recommendations and must understand how drivetrain works.
- Ability to multitask and manage many customer inquiries.
- Organization and time management skills
- Prior data entry experience
