What You’ll Be Doing
Lead and coordinate daily quarry production activities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Monitor equipment performance and guide the team in addressing operational needs.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and quality.
Promote adherence to safety policies and environmental compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve production and maintenance goals.
What Are We Looking For
• Proven leadership capability grounded in aggregates operations, with a strong focus on developing high‑performing, safety‑driven teams
• Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant, and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions
• Demonstrated commitment to safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk mitigation in high‑hazard environments
• Effective communicator who collaborates seamlessly with equipment operators, maintenance teams, quality control, and management to ensure alignment and operational continuity
• Solutions‑oriented mindset with the ability to identify bottlenecks, optimize production processes, and drive continuous improvement across the operation
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
