Chevron is accepting online applications for the position Administrative Assistant, Fieldthrough 04/20/2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.

Administrative Assistant, Field position in Pecos supporting TX Region's Southern Delaware Basin Field Operations Teams (six in total). Responsibilities include event coordination, manage personnel movement, monitor team compliance, drive team alignment, fleet management, data analysis, support special projects and other general office support. This role also supports Chevron Human Kind Community events working closely with PGPA and other functions. The position engages regularly with other Office Assistants to drive standardization and coordination between the Teams.

Required Qualifications

  • HS diploma or equivalent.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.

  • Proficiency using MS Office 365 applications; Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.

  • Demonstrated capability to maintain calendars and logistics; prepare manager(s) for meetings and other events; handle activities and sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Proficient in verbal and written communications; able to communicate in a clear, concise and effective manner with internal and external customers.

  • Demonstrated ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an administrative role within the industry.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with various groups and stakeholders.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, Power BI, and Workday.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and apply knowledge regarding new systems and processes.
