Role Overview

General Manager

Location: Pawtucket, MA

We are seeking experienced General Manager for our Healthcare and Senior Services segment to provide overall operational leadership and strategic direction within a dynamic and service-focused environment. This role is responsible for guiding day-to-day operations while supporting long-term objectives, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with organizational values.

What You'll Do

  • Provide general oversight and leadership for assigned operations, ensuring effective execution of business goals

  • Support financial performance through basic budgeting, forecasting, and cost-awareness practices

  • Foster a positive, professional work environment that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and service excellence

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support operational consistency and continuous improvement initiatives

  • Ensure services are delivered in alignment with applicable standards, policies, and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain a visible leadership presence and support team engagement and development effortsIdentify opportunities for operational efficiencies and enhanced service delivery

What You Bring

  • Experience in a General Manager, Operations Manager, or comparable leadership role

  • Background in healthcare, senior services, or related service-based environments preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to manage broad operational responsibilities with minimal oversight

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Working knowledge of financial and operational fundamentalsAbility to adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
