We are looking for a Sea Logistics Customer Care Manager to manage our Customer Care team, which is responsible for providing best-in-class support to our customers. In this role, you will be in charge of implementing and managing customer care strategy as well as continuously optimizing the customer service to provide an excellent service
How you create impact
Provide leadership and direction to our Customer Care team within Sea Logistics
Monitor the profitability and productivity of the activities
Manage interfaces and information/knowledge exchange between the Customer Care and Operational Care teams
Drive continuous improvement of processes and controls, aiming for consistent customer centricity
Support the field sales activities in order to increase our existing business and maintain current accounts
Drive service excellence and continuously monitor & improve customer satisfaction
Handle escalations and unresolved complaints when required
Create and deliver trainings to team members, filling their knowledge gaps and ensuring their professional development
What we would like you to bring
Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in any related fields
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in freight forwarding industry
Experience in managing and developing teams
Advanced project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in Hungarian and English, and a strong customer focus
Highly pro-active, fast-acting, supportive and self-motivated personality
Driver’s licence
