Join a global logistics leader where technology meets operations. As an IS Superuser, you’ll be the key link between warehouse operations, IT systems, and continuous improvement — shaping how digital tools support real‑world logistics.
You will support, develop, and optimize warehouse‑related IT systems, train local users, collaborate with customers and software partners, and ensure smooth, efficient operational processes across the site.
How you create impact
Operate and support key warehouse IT systems, including AS400 based WMS, ensuring smooth daily performance;
Produce clear system documentation and user guides that help teams work efficiently;
Train and support local users, acting as the go‑to expert for system‑related questions and operational issues;
Collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, EDI partners, and software developers to keep information flowing and processes aligned;
Contribute to the development and enhancement of all IT tools and software used on site;
Improve operational workflows by identifying opportunities and implementing technical solutions that meet both local and customer needs;
Investigate system issues, propose both short‑ and long‑term fixes, and ensure problems are resolved fully;
Report software and EDI errors, track progress, and follow up until final closure;
Manage all tasks related to IT system operation, development, training, and administration;
Take responsibility for the proper use and condition of warehouse tools, equipment, and devices used by you or assigned team members.
What we would like you to bring
Solid background in logistics, warehouse operations, and IT systems, with hands‑on experience using WMS solutions;
Experience working in an international environment;
Strong analytical mindset with structured, logical problem‑solving skills;
Confident communicator who collaborates well with users, customers, suppliers, and technical partners;
High level of motivation, ownership, and a proactive approach to improving processes;
Ability to train others and support colleagues effectively;
Flexibility to handle urgent issues outside regular working hours;
Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written);
Advantage: Blue Yonder; Other ERP / WMS / TMS superuser level; SAP BO, Tableau, other reporting tool; Jira, Monday.com; SQL base knowledge
