Parts Specialist – Fire Apparatus Division

driven, detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team and help keep fire apparatus fully equipped, in service, and ready to respond.

What You’ll Do
Be the go-to resource for parts support for fire apparatus
Assist customers and technicians in person and over the phone
Quickly process parts orders, requests, and quotes
Keep inventory dialed in—order, receive, stock, and track parts
Manage returns, warranties, and vendor coordination
Ensure technicians get the right parts fast to minimize downtime
Maintain accurate repair orders and daily data entry
Coordinate urgent pickups and deliveries when needed
Help drive department efficiency and profitability
What You Bring
Experience in truck parts, fire apparatus, or heavy-duty equipment (required)
Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Comfortable with computer systems and data entry
Inventory or shipping/receiving experience is a plus
Clean driver’s license
