Parts Specialist – Fire Apparatus Division

For over 50 years, we’ve proudly supported the first responders who protect our communities. Now, we’re looking for a

driven, detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team and help keep fire apparatus fully equipped, in service, and ready to respond.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to resource for parts support for fire apparatus

  • Assist customers and technicians in person and over the phone

  • Quickly process parts orders, requests, and quotes

  • Keep inventory dialed in—order, receive, stock, and track parts

  • Manage returns, warranties, and vendor coordination

  • Ensure technicians get the right parts fast to minimize downtime

  • Maintain accurate repair orders and daily data entry

  • Coordinate urgent pickups and deliveries when needed

  • Help drive department efficiency and profitability

    What You Bring

  • Experience in truck parts, fire apparatus, or heavy-duty equipment (required)

  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Comfortable with computer systems and data entry

  • Inventory or shipping/receiving experience is a plus

  • Clean driver’s license
