Hyatt Hygiene Manager in PATTAYA, Thailand

Description:

Hygiene Manager will operate according to Hyatt Food Safety Management Systems and strengthen food safety criteria within food and beverage promises. Hygiene Manager will also advise food handlers on proper handling practices and ensure their compliance. Hygiene Manager is tasked with ensuring all food and beverage outlets comply with food safety regulations in the hope of leading the hotel towards the certification for HACCP and ISO22000.

Qualifications:

  • This position is open exclusively to Thai citizens, in accordance with work permit regulations.

  • Candidates must possess a minimum of two years’ experience in implementing Quality Management Systems within the hospitality sector.

  • A thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems, including FSMS, HACCP, and ISO22000 standards, is required.

  • Strong presentation, organizational, and administrative skills are essential.

  • The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal abilities and effective communication skills, fostering positive relationships at all levels within the organization.

  • A proactive approach to work is expected, along with the capacity to perform well under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.

  • A positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit are highly valued for this role.
