The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company Head of Logistics - Southeast Asia, Korea and Oceania (ASEANZ) in Pathumthani Non Plant, Thailand

As Head of Logistics, ASEANZ, you will lead and shape the end-to-end logistics strategy across Southeast Asia, Korea, and Oceania in close partnership with the Supply Chain Director. You will drive operational excellence across transportation, warehousing, and import/export by embedding Lean and zero-loss principles, while establishing clear success pillars for the region. Working closely with cross-functional leadership teams, you will ensure efficient, scalable, and resilient operations throughout the product lifecycle, elevating service performance and delivering a superior customer experience. This role also champions continuous improvement through the effective use of data, digital capabilities, and process optimization to maximize service delivery and overall business impact.

What You'll Do

  • You will develop and drive end-to-end logistics strategies across warehousing, transportation, and import/export to support business growth.

  • You will continuously optimize logistics operations using data analytics, industry best practices, and network improvements.

  • You will ensure safe, compliant, and efficient logistics operations.

  • You will drive operational excellence through Lean, continuous improvement, and sustainability initiatives.

  • You will deliver cost efficiencies while maintaining high service levels, leveraging data, KPIs, and performance insights.

  • You will manage logistics budgets, carrier negotiations, export processes, and operational risks.

  • You will enhance digital and system capabilities to modernize logistics operations.

  • You will develop and execute 3PL strategies, including sourcing, contract management, and performance optimization.

  • You will ensure 3PL partners meet service, cost, and operational performance targets.

  • You will lead and develop a high-performing, engaged logistics team.

  • You will foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and inclusion.

What We're Looking For

  • You have a proven track record in warehouse management and transportation, with strong expertise in strategic planning and execution within logistics.

  • You have experience in both logistics and foreign enterprise environments, with the ability to navigate and succeed in multinational and multicultural settings.

  • You have extensive experience leading large warehouse operations and managing 3PL warehouse and transportation services.

  • You have experience with supply chain systems, including SAP, SNP, and WMS.

  • You have strong experience managing costs, cash flow, and service levels, using data to drive decision-making and cost savings.

  • You have experience in freight forwarding, particularly in ocean freight export shipping.

  • You have experience in supplier bidding, contract negotiation, and vendor management.

  • You have strong analytical, problem-solving, and data manipulation skills.

  • You have experience leading complex, cross-functional projects from scope definition to execution and delivery.

  • You have a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams, including managing managers and teams of 30+.

  • You have strong expertise in warehousing, distribution, store delivery, and Lean/zero-loss management.

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • You are highly motivated, self-driven, and able to build effective business relationships in matrixed organizations.
