Under direction performs a variety of routine, repetitive, non-complex clerical tasks which involve computing, classifying, verifying, and recording numerical data and the reconciliation of accounts, records and documents to keep sets of financial records complete; does other related duties as requiredChecks and compares for completeness various types of documents such as vouchers, payrolls, requisitions, invoices, bills and receipts. -Reviews expense account for funding or budgetary limitations and refers discrepancies to higher level staff. -Process accounts payable -Deposit checks using Remote deposit capture in bank and book journal entries for same -Create purchase orders, match invoices with purchase orders upon receipt, receive purchase order and process for payment -support procurement activities -Prepare and post journal entries in Yardi voyager as and when needed. -Maintain utility and fixed asset subledger -Prepare various reports on a monthly and weekly basis -Proficient in excel using formulas -Proficient in using Microsoft word -Reconcile various general ledger accounts -Must be number oriented -Must be very detailed and organized
