Bergen Wholesalers LLC Sales Operations Associate in Passaic, New Jersey
Job Duties: - Support daily wholesale sales operations, including processing customer orders.- Assist with preparing and reviewing sales orders, invoices, and related documentation.- Maintain records related to wholesale sales transactions and order activity.- Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding order preparation and availability of products.- Update internal records with order and sales information.- Communicate with customers regarding order status and routine inquiries.- Assist with tracking incoming and outgoing orders for wholesale customers.- Prepare routine sales or order summary reports for internal use.- Organize and maintain files and documentation related to sales operations.- Perform general sales operations and administrative support tasks as needed.Special requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Arts or Science.- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, operations support, or administrative support.
