Job Duties:- Analyze supply chain and logistics processes to identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency and reduce operational delays.- Coordinate the planning and movement of incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure timely and accurate distribution.- Evaluate inventory trends and replenishment needs to support efficient warehouse operations and product availability.- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distribution partners to support purchasing and product flow.- Review purchasing, shipping, and inventory data to support decision-making and operational planning.- Assist in developing operational procedures to improve accuracy in receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.- Monitor basic logistics and inventory reports to track product movement and operational performance.- Support procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, and delivery schedules.- Identify routine delays or issues in the supply process and propose practical solutions to maintain steady workflow.- Review shipping and inventory documentation to ensure accuracy and support smooth logistics operations.- Coordinate with relevant staff to resolve routine logistics or inventory issues and ensure smooth product flow.Special requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.- 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, sales, or business operations.
