WSP USA Technical Lead HCM Analyst – Learn & Talent in Pasig City, Philippines
WSP is expanding HR Shared Services to support different regions through our Manila hub. In this role, you will deliver support through our Operations & Enhancements Track on the Horizon program as Technical Lead HCM Analyst - Learn & Talent
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Maintain a deep working knowledge of the Core Oracle HCM system in order to utilize its capabilities
Provide technical support and deliver enhancements in the primary areas of focus: Learn & Talent including maintaining technical documentation, testing & defect resolution
Provide advanced level support for questions which could not be resolved by first or second levels of support through our ServiceNow platform
Undertake independent research in order to provide support, resolve issues, find root cause of unexpected results or process flows; recommend solutions or alternative methods to meet requirements
Support the Human Resources team in the maintenance of the on-going business processes
Collaborate with the functional and technical staff from our vendor and business teams
Recommend Oracle best practices and process improvements
Analyze Oracle quarterly upgrade for impact and support implementation of new features
Apply compliance and audit requirements within responsibility scope, provide documentation as necessary and participate in compliance and audit activities as required.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in related field
Minimum 6 years of technical experience in systems administration of Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion)
Demonstrated desire for continuous learning
Demonstrated ability to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
