As a Digital Delivery Specialist , you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of digital marketing assets and campaigns across web, intranet, marketing automation platforms, and other tools as required. You will work within a shared-services team, ensuring every deliverable meets brand, accessibility, and privacy standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow established processes, and contribute to continuous improvement in digital delivery.

Main activities and responsibilities: (Including but not limited to)

Digital Asset Production & Execution

  • Build, update, and publish digital content using one or several enterprise Martech platforms (such as Sitecore, Oracle-Eloqua for Digital Marketing Automation, Unily for Canopy, and others).

  • Execute campaign setups, asset uploads, and QA checks to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Apply brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and privacy requirements to all deliverables.

Intake, Triage & Workflow Management

  • Receive and process digital requests via intake systems, ensuring clear communication of status and timelines.

  • Follow established operating procedures for triage, production, QA, and release. Technical Troubleshooting

  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to publishing, campaign execution, or platform functionality.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members, documenting issues for resolutions and future reference.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct thorough QA reviews of digital assets prior to publishing, checking for errors, broken links, and compliance.

  • Participate in peer reviews and contribute to maintaining high standards of quality.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with MarCom teams, Product Owners, and other contributors to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

  • Communicate progress, blockers, and learnings to the team and stakeholders. Continuous Improvement

  • Provide feedback on processes, templates, and tools to support ongoing optimization.

  • Participate in training and enablement sessions to stay current with best practices and platform updates.

Qualifications, experience, skills and organizational knowledge:

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing production, web publishing, or marketing automation.

  • Proficiency with enterprise Martech platforms (e.g., web CMS, marketing automation, analytics).

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, brand, accessibility, and privacy standards.

  • Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Effective communicator and team player.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Certifications in relevant platforms or agile methodologies are a plus.
