WSP USA Business Development Coordinator in Pasig City, Philippines

General requirements

  • Support market, client, and competitor intelligence for the Hong Kong and Asia region

  • Assist in the preparation, coordination, and submission of proposals, qualifications, and Business Development (BD) materials

  • Support review and screening of incoming opportunities through Opportunity Track Record (OTR) / Asia Opportunity Register (AOR) processes

  • Maintain accurate tracking, documentation, and records for opportunities, submissions, and BD activities

  • Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, align on proposed strategies, and confirm delivery readiness.

  • Provide guidance to, and serve as backup for, designated team members as needed.

  • Manage documentation, records, and internal databases related to Business Development activities.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information

  • Perform other Business Development-related duties as assigned.

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.

  • 3 - 5 relevant working experience in business development

  • Experience with construction bidding and/or tendering is an advantage.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel), with strong data analysis capabilities.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and project coordination skills, with very good written and verbal English.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels

  • Relevant experience in a commercial environment and/or consulting; experience in the engineering or construction sector is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Results-oriented, with the ability to manage priorities and workload effectively.

  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
