WSP USA Asset Management and Building Compliance Coordinator in Pasig City, Philippines

The role focuses on:

  • Developing templates and governance documentation, and support the delivery of assetmanagement strategies and lifecycle outputs using internal system (ADT)

  • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of asset registers, condition data, andcompliance information for asset management and building compliance projects.

  • Co-ordinating BWOF and building compliance requirements using our internal softwaresystem (BICS)Providing project and data support to the Asset Management and Building Compliance teams, including spreadsheet preparation, report formatting, and document control.

  • Supporting the standardisation of processes, templates, and data across the Property &Buildings team.This position also contributes to growing the Property team and strengthening the profile of the asset management and building compliance team through consistent service delivery and standardised practices of operations.Technical

  • Deliver support services to Asset Management (i.e., development of AM frameworks, AM plans, andoperationalisation of Asset Management Plans).

  • Assist in the reporting for the delivery of building condition assessments, asset data collection, assetregisters, and site inspection outputs to support broader Asset Management outputs.

  • Support the integration of compliance and asset management data into client reporting, lifecycle planning andasset intelligence activities, including spreadsheet and database updates.Maintain a working knowledge of the practices and needs of compliance and asset management relateddisciplines and support (i.e., real estate, architecture, M&E, HR, IT and finance) the integration of services across functions.

  • Support in maintaining accurate records, asset registers compliance schedules, inspections, logs anddocumentation to ensure audit readiness and meet legislative and contractual requirements.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with digital compliance and asset management tools and support project teams in maintaining accurate project and asset data.Project Management

  • Support in the management of project work to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget andto the required quality with clear reporting, invoicing and record systems. Ensure projects achieve the planned profit.

  • Actively seek feedback from project teams, reflecting on the performance of the team and support to applythis knowledge to future projects. Regularly share this knowledge with your WSP colleagues.Business Improvement

  • Support the documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of standard operating procedures,templates, and workflows used by NZ teams (e.g. reporting templates, trackers, briefing formats)

  • Assist in identifying process inefficiencies by reviewing current workflows and highlighting rework, delays, or duplication.

  • Maintain process registers and improvement logs, tracking agreed changes and updates.

  • Support rollout of standardised tools and templates across projects, aligned with agreed NZ–Manila ways of working.Client Management

  • Relevant tertiary degree/diploma/certificate

  • Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in Asset Management, or an associated professional field

  • Consulting experience preferred.

  • Able to work effectively and competently with people at all levels; within and external to the organisation.

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Computer literate; proficient in Windows, MS Word/Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
