Here's how you will support our mission

Individuals passionate about teaching and committed to shaping the next generation of project management professionals are encouraged to apply for this tenure track Assistant Professor position. This role offers the opportunity to build a rewarding academic career while providing vital leadership to a Project Management Program composed of full-time and adjunct instructors.

Primary Faculty Responsibilities

This position is primarily focused on faculty instruction, with a direct and lasting impact on student learning and success. Responsibilities include:

  • Teaching a dynamic range of undergraduate project management courses, ensuring a strong connection between academic theory and real-world professional practice.
  • Mentoring and inspiring students in the classroom, fostering critical thinking, ethical practice, and leadership skills.
  • Collaborating with advising staff and faculty colleagues on student success initiatives, curriculum enhancement, and pedagogical innovation.
  • Serving as a visible and engaged ambassador for the program, promoting its strengths to prospective students and the broader community.
