Manpower Administrative Support Specialist in Pasco, Washington

Our client, a Smart Buildings solutions organization, is seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be part of the operations and technical support department supporting field technicians, project teams, and customer engagement activities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.

* Job Title:* Operations & Technical Coordinator

Location: Pasco, WA (2325 W Lewis St, Pasco, WA 99301)

Pay Range: $21-23 DOE

* What's the Job?*

  • Manage shipping, receiving, and material inventory tracking
  • Coordinate schedules and support weekly technician meetings
  • Assist with assembly, setup, and basic low-voltage technical tasks
  • Maintain documentation organization and provide general administrative support
  • Support customer visit logistics and perform light office upkeep

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented, hands-on work with basic hand tools
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; SharePoint a plus)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical, hands-on tasks
