Behavioral Classroom Aide
Pay: $18–21/hr
Schedule: Full-time & Part-time
Pay Frequency: WEEKLY
Locations: Pasadena, San Gabriel Valley, El Monte, Monrovia, and surrounding areas

As a Behavioral Classroom Aide, you’ll collaborate with special education teams to deliver behavioral, instructional, and personal-care support that helps students thrive in a safe, structured, and encouraging environment.
What You’ll Do
Support behavior-focused learning by implementing teacher-designed activities, reinforcement systems, visual supports, small-group instruction, and structured routines.
Observe student behavior and learning progress, and communicate key information to teachers and support staff.
Assist students throughout the entire school day—including transitions, recess, lunch, and community-based instruction.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding student information and classroom operations.
Implement behavior intervention strategies under the guidance of teachers, BCBAs, psychologists, and other specialists.
Support therapeutic programs developed by PT, OT, SLP, or behavioral professionals.
Promote independence through assistance with self-care routines such as toileting, hygiene, dressing, and feeding when necessary.
Contribute to classroom operations by preparing materials, organizing supplies, creating stimuli, making copies, and supporting basic clerical tasks.
What You’ll Bring
Commitment to professional standards and successful completion of required competency programs
Current CPR certification, TB screening, and health certificate (as applicable)
Ability to meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements
Completion of new-hire and site-specific training
Understanding of confidentiality practices, including HIPAA guidelines
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English
