ManpowerGroup Associate Manager FP&A in Parsippany Troy Hills, New Jersey
Our client, a leading organization in the consumer packaged goods industry , is seeking an Associate Manager, FP&A to join their team in Parsippany, NJ . As an Associate Manager, FP&A, you will be part of the North America Finance organization supporting various cross-functional teams including Sales Finance, Marketing Finance, Controllership, and Procurement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate curiosity, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Associate Manager, FP&A
Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Pay Range: $48.00/HR + Benefits
Contract Duration: 12-Month W2 Contract, potential to extend (NO C2C)
Job Functions:
Support full P&L ownership through EBITDA, focusing on Commercial Fixed Costs, month-end close, and financial reporting
Partner with budget/PO owners to ensure timely PO creation and Goods Receipts (GR)
Monitor and track Fixed Cost Latest View vs Budget and ensure proper accruals are raised
Deliver monthly cost center reporting and variance analysis
Perform SKU-level reconciliations, analyze P&L performance vs Budget and Prior Year, and support forecasting activities
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field
2–5 years of FP&A, accounting, or financial operations experience
Strong understanding of P&L and cost center management
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Advanced Excel skills and ability to navigate complex SKU/customer environments
