Lincoln Technical Institute National Career Services Coordinator (Hybrid) in Parsippany, New Jersey

The National Career Services Coordinator is a critical part of making that happen — supporting career services teams across our national system while helping ensure the processes, tools, and resources are in place for students to succeed.
This is a high-visibility role working directly with the Vice President of Career Services and collaborating across the entire Corporate team. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and energized by work that genuinely matters, we'd love to hear from you. This is a hybrid role.
What You'll Do
Support the department with data entry, accounts payable, and general research
Track project deadlines, results, and outcomes and provide regular updates to leadership
Assist with Career Services reporting and data analysis
Oversee third-party verifier activities and respond to auditor recommendations
Support and train campus Career Services staff on resources and tools
Research, track, and promote student funding opportunities including grants and scholarships
Create flyers and promotional materials for student funding and Career Services initiatives
Support a variety of Career Services projects from inception to completion
What You Bring
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business environment
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
A collaborative mindset with a passion for supporting others
Creative skills with experience developing materials and content
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms
Experience with Canva or similar design tools preferred
Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity for how they can improve workflows is a plus
Associate or bachelor's degree a plus
