Adecco US, Inc. Leave of Absence Coordinator in Parsippany, New Jersey

Adecco is assisting a client in Parsippany, NJ in their search for a Leave of Absence Coordinator to join their team. This is a temp to hire, part-time, onsite role (3 days per week) with weekly pay starting at $30 an hour. In this role, you will support employees navigating maternity, parental, disability, and other leave programs while serving as a trusted point of contact throughout their leave experience.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Support & Leave Guidance

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for expecting mothers and employees requesting Paid Parental Leave.

  • Schedule and conduct calls to explain available leave benefits and policies.

  • Provide location-specific resources and informational materials.

  • Respond to benefit questions clearly, professionally, and empathetically.

  • Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate HR or Leave leadership team.

Leave Inbox Management

  • Manage and maintain the Leave of Absence shared inbox.

  • Sort, prioritize, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

  • Identify and escalate urgent or time-sensitive issues appropriately.

Reporting & Administrative Support

  • Run ad hoc reports from vendor platforms (Prudential experience preferred).

  • Maintain accurate documentation and tracking to ensure compliance.

  • Support internal partners with reporting and leave-related updates.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience working with SharePoint and Adobe Acrobat.

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Pay Details: $30.47 to $36.56 per hour
