Hybrid- 2 days onsite in Parsippany New Jersey40 hours per week - Potential to convert to full-timeSpanish Bilingual is a Plus Our client, a mechanical manufacturing company, is looking for a Design & Marketing Coordinator to support day-to-day creative and marketing operations. This role is hands-on with updating, resizing, and organizing existing assets, creating simple new graphics, and helping keep marketing materials consistent across regions. Spanish fluency is important, as this role supports teams in Mexico and Latin America.ResponsibilitiesUpdate, resize, and version existing marketing assets for digital and print needs.Create light new design assets using approved templates and brand guidelines.Publish and QC digital content (banners, articles, events) in the CMS.Manage and organize assets across platforms such as DMX, SharePoint, FlipSnack, etc.Assist with translations and localized content - collaborate with Spanish - speaking teams.Support logistics for promotional materials, apparel, and giveaways.Provide general coordination and administrative support to the Marketing and MarCom teams.Handle multiple tasks and tight timelines while ensuring brand consistency.Must-Haves1-3 years of experience in a marketing, creative, or coordination role.Experience with CMS tools and asset management systems.Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)Nice to have: Bilingual Spanish (speak, read, write)In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
