An apartment complex is seeking an experienced Building Maintenance Technician. You will make painting, caulking, cleaning, fixing the applicable repairs, and other tasks to get apartments ready for the next tenant. Additionally, you will vacuum common hallways, doing maintenance calls for existing tenants, and any repairs that need to be made on the property in general. This is a 1-to-2-month assignment working Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; however, you will be on call every other week for after hour emergencies.
*Qualified candidates must have prior building maintenance experience, must have a working knowledge of making repairs in order to turn apartments over, must have the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, must have reliable vehicle, must be safety-conscious, and must be dependable. *Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
