TITLE: Information Technology Support Specialist
REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma is a must. At least 24 months of experience in IT support, technical support, help desk support or similar occupation.
JOB DUTIES: Set up equipment for consumers, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Read technical manuals and conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support. Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications. Inspect equipment and read other sheets to prepare for delivery to users. Answer user inquiries regarding computer software operation to resolve problems. Prepare evaluations of software or hardware and recommend improvements or upgrades.
SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
SALARY: $58,677.00 annual salary.
TRAVEL DETAILS: Does not require travel.
