You Are: UST is searching for a Supply Planner who will manage supply planning and scheduling processes for external suppliers for their assigned portfolio and enable attainment of target service levels of 98.5%, while achieving target inventory objectives. The opportunity: * Manage all capacity and production planning. * Create the production package (minimally monthly) for key supplier partners and will lead production review meetings. * Be responsible for external order fulfillment, service level, inventory targets, lead times and reductions, minimum order quantity, safety stock, supplier production scheduling, inventory reporting, supply issue escalation, issue mitigation and reporting, product distribution and transportation, and capacity planning. * Support best practice supply planning process with key external business partners. * Collaborate with Demand Planning team to receive demand plans and conduct formal process with external partners to rationalize supply and demand, taking into account capacity and inventory. * Communicate and collaborates well, both internally and externally. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What you need: * Production and capacity planning a must * Data analytics experience * A minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or Operations * A minimum of 5-7 years of related experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, and/or Supply Chain, in the Pharma/consumer industry a strong plus. APICS certification a plus. * The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong sense of urgency. * Able to communicate clear, concise, and factually across all supply chain functions. * Skilled in developing internal and external partners and work collaboratively. * Strong knowledge of SAP and ERP systems is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Remote Compensation Range: $60,000-$90,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
