West Virginia Employer Quality Inspector / Laboratory Technician in Parkersburg, West Virginia
Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform final inspections of finished materials; inspect inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and quality; conduct routine quality checks; perform laboratory testing on raw materials and finished products; maintain laboratory equipment; prepare samples for testing; and uphold high standard for safety, quality, and organizational cleanliness. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to perform algebraic calculations. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds. Must be able to routinely stand, reach, kneel, and climb. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in quality inspection/laboratory analysis; testing organic/inorganic materials; knowledge of quality systems, QA, and QC; and experience in forklift operations.
