West Virginia Employer Project Manager in Parkersburg, West Virginia
Responsible for complex, high-impact infrastructure projects. Will work on federal highway and bridge project across multiple states. Strong focus on hydro demolition and bridge deck rehabilitation. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent field experience. Experience managing crews and complex field operations. DUTIES: Lead specialty highway and bridge projects. Manage budgets, schedules, safety, quality, and compliance. Oversee hydro demolition operations. Mentor and coordinate superintendents, crews, and field staff. Track costs, equipment usage, and resources to ensure profitability. Regular travel is required. Must remain responsive outside standard business hours. CDL or willingness obtain one is required. SALARY: $60,000-$100,000 (based on experience) plus performance-based bonuses.
