West Virginia Employer Line Cook in Parkersburg, West Virginia
Prepare and execute dishes according to established recipes, standards, and procedures. Opening and closing duties. Prepare, cook, and plate menu items; execute dishes with a high standard of presentation; set up and break down kitchen stations; and maintain cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas. Fast-paced environment. 1 year culinary experience required. Must be 18 years of age or older; valid West Virginia Food Handlers Card (or ability to obtain); ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, and twisting; and ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Regular schedule is Tuesday through Saturday but must have availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events on Sundays/Mondays, as needed.
