This is an opportunity to step into a property with incredible potential and help drive meaningful progress.\ Were seeking a General Manager who can provide steady leadership, support daily operations, develop the team, and execute company initiatives with consistency and accountability. This role works closely with ownership and company leadership, following established direction while ensuring the resort runs efficiently and meets performance goals. Lead/develop employees into the highest and best versions of themselves.\ Public Relations. Respond to guest and resident inquiries. Handles and resolves guest and resident complaints. (Net Promoter Score)\ Budget.
