Senior Maintenance Technician
Location: Parker, CO
Pay: $32–$40/hour
Shift: 6AM - 2PM or 7AM - 3PM, Monday - Friday
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to support a modern manufacturing environment with advanced, highly automated equipment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting compliance through strong documentation and calibration practices. If you enjoy troubleshooting complex systems and working independently in a fast‑paced industrial setting, this is an excellent opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on manufacturing equipment, including servo‑driven systems, PLC‑controlled equipment, industrial robotics, thermal processing equipment, and precision dispensing systems
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automated systems to quickly diagnose issues and implement corrective actions
Coordinate with OEM vendors and external service providers for advanced technical support when required
Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts usage to support compliance and audit readiness
Perform and coordinate calibration of production and facility equipment, maintain calibration schedules, and document results
Manage inventory of critical spare parts and maintenance supplies, establish stocking levels, order replacement parts, and track usage trends
Perform general building and infrastructure maintenance, including minor plumbing repairs, basic electrical troubleshooting, installing fixtures, and adjusting door hardware
Support vendor coordination for specialized repairs and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
Support onboarding, optimization, and continuous improvement of the site’s Computerized Asset Management System (CAMS/CMMS)
Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
Familiarity with PLC‑controlled equipment and automated systems
Experience performing or coordinating equipment calibration
Strong organizational, documentation, and time‑management skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Nice‑to‑Have Experience
Familiarity with industrial refrigeration systems
Experience supporting lyophilization (freeze‑drying) equipment
Experience with robotics or automated motion systems
Experience working with CMMS/CAMS platforms

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
