Description
Robert Half is partnering with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Park Ridge, IL to identify a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking long-term professional growth in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
Responsibilities:
Handle complex commercial litigation matters in Illinois state and federal courts
Draft and argue pleadings, motions, and dispositive filings
Manage discovery, including large document productions and data review
Prepare and defend depositions and participate in ADR proceedings
Assist with trial preparation, hearings, and appeals
Work closely with partners and clients to develop litigation strategy
Requirements
Qualifications:
3-5+ years of commercial litigation experience
Strong background in state and federal court practice
Experience managing complex discovery and document-intensive matters
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
Admitted and in good standing with the Illinois Bar
